- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and market share across all segments.
- Lead outbound sales efforts, including in-person cold calls, networking, and phone solicitation to local businesses, travel planners, and community organizations.
- Design and oversee sales strategies and revenue targets, ensuring alignment with hotel objectives.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate sales personnel to build a high-performing team.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities, anticipate trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
- Maintain accurate weekly and monthly sales reports and collaborate with department heads to keep all stakeholders aligned on performance and strategy.
- Represent the hotel at community events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance visibility and develop new partnerships. Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience required, with at least 1 year in a leadership role preferred.
- Proven track record in lead generation, closing sales, and achieving revenue goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM / sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred (high school diploma or GED required).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for business.
- Knowledge of the Boca Raton market. Compensation : $70,000 - $75,000 yearly
