Assembly Specialists - Board Assembler

Location : Nashville, TN Typical

Hours : Monday Friday 7 : 30am 4 : 15pm CDT 40hrs a week

Compensation : 16.00- 17.00 / HR

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Locate parts and inventory
• Adjust and / or replace electrical components
• Solder electronic connections or components
• Monitor quality to verify conformance to specifications
• Consult with managerial or supervisory personnel
• Explain assembly procedures or techniques to coworkers
• Interpret assembly instructions including :
• Layouts
• Diagrams
• Reports
• Specifications
• Work orders Requirements :
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of accuracy
• Ability to use basic tools and hands for 8 hours per day
• Distinguish colors
• Soldering experience preferred
• Vocational or military training preferred.
• Surface Mount Soldering SMT preferred but not required.
