• What you bring to the table :
• Lead the end-to-end design process
• for consumer-facing products (mobile app, web), from user research and information architecture to high-fidelity UI design and final delivery.
• Own and drive design initiatives
• from 0 to 1, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely
• with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on vision, scope, and execution.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Establish and maintain design systems
• to ensure scalability, efficiency, and consistency across products.
• Review
• the work of junior and mid-level designers, providing constructive feedback and elevating the overall design quality of the team.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, design methodologies, and consumer product best practices, bringing innovation and fresh ideas into the design process.
• Who will be a best fit :
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• 5+ years of UI / UX design experience
• , with at least 3 years focused on consumer-facing products (e-commerce, lifestyle, social, content, or similar).
• Proven track record of
• leading design projects from 0 to 1
• and successfully launching consumer products.
• Strong expertise in UX, interaction, and visual design; proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence product and business decisions through design.
• Experience building or contributing to
• design systems
• and ensuring adoption across teams.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Food Tech
• (restaurant technology, F&B digital platforms, or related products) is a strong plus.
• Experience in
• international markets is
• a plus; motion design or front-end knowledge is a plus.

Pay : $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
