    Responsibilities

    Client Interaction : Build strong relationships with prospective and current clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.

    Sales Execution : Achieve sales targets by positioning and selling agency products and services effectively.

  • Policy Management : Manage and update client insurance policies, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
  • Insurance Consultation : Provide clients with expert guidance on existing policies and suggest improvements or changes as needed.
  • Lead Development : Generate and follow up on sales leads to widen the agencys client base.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the agency team to develop innovative sales strategies and drive client engagement.

    • Requirements

  • Licensing : Possess an active insurance license or be willing to obtain a license.
  • Experience : A minimum of 1 year proven track record in sales or sales development.
  • Customer-Focused : Demonstrate a strong dedication to delivering quality customer service and the aptitude to nurture client relationships.
  • Communication Skills : Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proactive : Ability to identify opportunities for growth and demonstrate initiative.
