JOB TITLE : PROJECT DIRECTOR - INDUSTRIAL

REPORTS TO : SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT / BUSINESS UNIT LEADER

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Director drives the success of our project management teams, shaping growth and development of our Industrial group. In this role, you’ll provide leadership, mentorship, and hands‑on guidance, while staying actively engaged in project delivery. As a trusted leader, you will be the primary point of contact of our industrial clients, ensuring their needs are met through collaborative problem solving.

The Project Director will be responsible but not limited to the following :

Leadership and Management

• Lead and develop Project Management teams, providing guidance and mentorship to foster growth and performance.
• Provide guidance on project team workload and project assignments.
• Attend key project meetings to support teams, address challenges, and reinforce successful project delivery.
• Lead preconstruction efforts and oversee project start‑up to establish strong foundations.
• Guide and support design‑build activities across all cold storage and industrial projects to ensure seamless coordination.
• Engage actively in industry associations and professional networks to strengthen Pepper’s presence.

Position Requirements

The salary range for this position is $180,000. We consider many factors when determining actual hiring salary. These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
