Lead all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
Mentor and support project teams, including Assistant Project Managers and field staff.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (Procore experience preferred).
