Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Office Operations to lead large-scale workplace and facilities initiatives for a global firm. This role will play a key part in space planning, office operations, and logistical execution, particularly supporting an upcoming office relocation planned for 2026, as well as ongoing national and international projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for office operations, space planning, and relocation initiatives across multiple locations.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless implementation and minimal disruption.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Oversee logistics for office conversions, moves, and reconfigurations—ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to firm standards.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve challenges, and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes, improving workflows, and maintaining high standards of execution.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in workplace strategy, facilities management, space planning, or operations project management.Proven success managing complex, multi-site projects in a fast-paced, corporate environment (1,000+ employees preferred).Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP certification a plus.
