Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager responsible for managing complex global New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the entire project lifecycle from development through launch, ensuring delivery of business case financial targets

Create and implement comprehensive project management plans to meet scope, schedule, and financial objectives

Oversee regional capital spending by managing budgets, approvals, and forecasts while driving automation and coordinating with operations and finance

Required Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution

Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management or a combination of Program Management with Operations

Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Engineering

Master's Degree and PMP Certification from PMI (Project Management Institute) are preferred

Automotive experience and knowledge in product and project portfolio management principles are advantageous
