Accounting Manager

$90,000-$120,000 base salary (no benefits)

Greater Phoenix, AZ (hybrid schedule)

Vaco has partnered with a well-respected company seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This role offers a supportive, family-oriented work environment along with a flexible hybrid schedule and max 30 hour work week. You’ll oversee daily accounting operations, lead month-end close, and prepare financial statements for multiple entities while providing valuable financial analysis and supporting tax compliance. 30 hour work week Responsibilities include :

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AR / AP, cash management, and fixed assets

Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and preparation of GAAP financial statements for multiple entities

Provide financial analysis, tax compliance, and process improvement recommendations

Support audit preparation and assess financial impact of new investments and transactions

Collaborate with family stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives Requirements :

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required

Family Office experience is a huge plus

Multi-entity experience is a plus
