As a Program Manager, you'll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change at Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs. Key job responsibilities :

• Coordinate and facilitate WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) training programs
• Create and implement innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in the organization
• Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of business operations, driving improvements across a range of teams and organizations
• Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs, with end-to-end ownership
• Enhance operational performance on programs in partnership with key stakeholders

A day in the life :

As a program manager, you will drive and manage implementation of programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our WHS professionals. Working out of one of our three US-based offices, you will collaborate with central team partners and site-based customers to deliver world-class educational and developmental programs to our field based and corporate teams. The Program Manager role offers the opportunity to personally implement assigned programs as you facilitate and coordinate live, virtual and hybrid courses on a variety of topics relevant to WHS professionals. This role requires you to be an engaging and skilled classroom facilitator.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
