Job description
Owning the marketing tech stack, the full-time remote Marketing Automation & Analytics Manager will architect account and contact scoring models, automate signal-based campaigns, and provide actionable insights to enhance pipeline visibility and sales engagement. Key responsibilities Manage the full marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Clay, and other tools, ensuring optimal operation and integration Design and maintain account and contact scoring models to track buying stage progression and enrich data quality Develop and implement signal-based campaign automation and reporting infrastructure to provide insights on marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in marketing automation and analytics Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot; familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus Proven ability to build scoring models and experience with intent data platforms like ZoomInfo or TechTarget Proficiency with Clay or similar enrichment tools Experience working closely with BDR and sales teams to understand their needs from marketing systems
