We're currently looking for a Tax Associate to become part of our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in preparing tax filings, performing research, and assisting clients with a variety of tax-related projects.

This position is based in our City of Industry office and follows a 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. schedule. During peak tax seasons, extended hours (approximately 55-60 hours per week ) will be expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns (federal, state, and local)
• Conduct tax research and support clients with planning and compliance matters
• Communicate with clients to collect and verify financial data
• Analyze financial information to ensure the accuracy of tax documents
• Monitor updates to tax codes and regulations
• Assist with responding to tax notices and supporting audit activities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding client service
