We are seeking a seasoned Tax Associate with a strong background in handling high net worth (HNW) clients. This role is perfect for a dynamic professional who is passionate about tax planning and compliance, and has a proven track record in income tax, individual, gift, and estate tax matters. The ideal candidate will be a vital part of our accounting and finance team, providing expert tax advice and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Experienced Tax Associate, your main responsibilities will include :

1. Managing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with expert advice on income tax, individual, gift, and estate tax matters.

2. Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax laws.

3. Developing and implementing tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure that clients are in the best possible financial position.

4. Collaborating with other members of the accounting and finance team to provide comprehensive financial services to our clients.

5. Staying up-to-date with the latest changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring that our clients are always one step ahead.

6. Building strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and becoming their trusted advisor.

7. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve our tax services and contribute to the growth of our company.

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications :

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.

2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a tax role, with a focus on high net worth clients.

3. Extensive knowledge of income tax, individual, gift, and estate tax matters.

4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide effective tax solutions.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.

6. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.

7. A commitment to continuous learning and development, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest changes in tax laws and regulations.
