Key Responsibilities
Provide application support for Salesforce, addressing sync issues with third-party systems
Manage and resolve a high volume of support tickets while documenting updates and closing tickets
Communicate with users to provide updates and assist in the resolution of outstanding tickets
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of application support experience with Salesforce
Experience in managing support issues related to Salesforce and third-party system integrations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tickets simultaneously
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team
Open to feedback for performance and professional development
