Permanent Physical Therapist Opportunity in Northern California

Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) - $70 / hr.

Location : Lakeport, CA.

Facility : 73-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility.

Pay : $70.00 / hour (Highly Competitive).

Caseload : 7 - 9 patients / day.

• Schedule Flexibility : Design your own workweek (4x10 or 5x8) - mandatory Tuesday AM rehab meeting.

Position Details & Responsibilities

Patient Care - Conduct evaluations, establish treatment plans, and manage a diverse caseload, utilizing strong Part B skills.

Advanced Practice - Proficiency in contracture management and creative use of modalities (e.g., electrical stimulation, heat tissue warming, static progressive positioning).

Program Growth - Interest in obtaining Wound Care Certification through ACP and utilizing adjunct wound healing therapies (diathermy, E-STEM).

Teamwork - Supervise assistants / aides, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and participate in group treatment interventions.

Documentation - Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health / Optima and Point Click Care (PCC).Export to Sheets
