Monarch Electric Company, An affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Branch Leader.

Function :

The Branch Leader will provide leadership and operational management for branch employees, driving sales growth, profitability, and staff development. This role ensures efficient branch operations, exceptional customer service, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage daily branch operations
• Mentor, train, and develop staff to enhance performance and growth
• Assist in setting and meeting financial and operational goals
• Deliver exceptional service in person and over the phone
• Support order processing, project pricing, and customer quotes
• Drive counter sales and expand the customer base
• Oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, and branch opening / closing
• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction
• Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic plans and initiatives
• Generate and present performance reports to leadership
