Job description
To support staffing needs across multiple rehabilitation communities, the part-time Staffing Coordinator will manage daily staffing coverage, maintain schedules, and collaborate with program managers and therapists in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide daily staffing coverage and maintain communication with program managers and therapists Manage the Therapist Placement Database and coordinate coverage with community program managers Participate in staffing meetings and support the onboarding process for new hires Required qualifications High school diploma, GED, or Associate's Degree Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new technology tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain effective working relationships Experience in a client-oriented, healthcare role is preferred
