Job description
To support a growing telehealth organization, the full-time Accounts Payable Manager will oversee the end-to-end accounts payable function, ensuring timely vendor payments, building automated processes, and managing a high-volume, multi-entity operation remotely. Key responsibilities Own the accounts payable process including invoice intake, GL coding, approval routing, and payment runs Manage vendor inquiries and internal communications, setting clear expectations and resolving issues promptly Drive automation and process improvement, creating repeatable workflows and controls for AP operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5-8 years of progressive accounts payable experience, including team leadership Hands-on experience in a high-volume, multi-entity accounts payable environment Deep knowledge of the procure-to-pay cycle and AP internal controls Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system
