About the Role

Are you experienced in fleet management, vehicle rentals, or operations coordination? TEKsystems's client is seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator to oversee vehicle fleet operations for one of their largest clients. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational skills, customer service, and the ability to manage logistics and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and inspect variable fleet units before and after service.
• Coordinate cleaning, detailing, and refueling of returned vehicles.
• Schedule mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and vendor services.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with buyers and customers to improve fleet efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00 / hr.
