Job descriptionBachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture 3-7 years of experience in Project Management or Civil Engineering Inclination to obtain a PE, Architect, PMP, or General Contractor License Experience as an Owners Representative Experience managing interior renovation projects in a public space (i.e., hospitals, theme parks, or airports) PMP certification PE Background in Aviation industry Mid-Senior level Contract Project Management Industries : Airlines and Aviation
Base pay range
$40.00 / hr - $50.00 / hr
Job Description
- Working in tandem with Senior PM
- Manage Engineering / Architecture projects from inception through final design, bid and award
- Assist with scheduling and budget management
- Assist in the management of permitting process
- Cross functional management to ensure project completion
