Data Quality Director

The Data Quality Director is essential in managing the entire data management lifecycle and operational workflows for Company Entity Management (CEM) at Dodge Construction Network. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and standardization of company and contact data that drive Dodge's products, enhance customer experiences, and refine analytics.

As the Data Quality Director, you will define and implement the operating model for CEM, which includes crafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), designing quality and governance frameworks, and detailing requirements for both automation and manual workflows. You will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing data sourcing and enrichment processes, evaluating automation outcomes, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

We're looking for an individual with strong leadership capabilities, project management expertise, an analytical mindset, and a solid background in scalable data operations environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, maintain, and improve workflows, SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards for managing company and contact entities.
• Define and track KPIs related to team efficiency, business impact, financial stewardship, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee the processes for entity creation, updates, merging, conflict resolution, and handling exceptions.
• Collaborate with automation, engineering, and data science teams to enhance both human-in-the-loop and machine-assisted processes.
• Analyze performance metrics to uncover opportunities for automation, minimize manual inputs, and continuously refine workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture the team members within CEM.
• Set performance expectations, distribute work, and strategically plan for capacity.
• Manage relationships with third-party data providers and offshore vendors.
• Work in tandem with Engineering, Product, Sourcing, and Sales to ensure CEM standards are aligned with business and platform needs.
• Participate in roadmap discussions and updates regarding attribute models, classifications, and taxonomies.

Education Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Operational Management, or equivalent experience.
