Job Title : Product Operations Manager
Location : Onsite – San Carlos, CA (5 days / week)
Why This Role Exists
A critical need has emerged to bring on a dedicated Product Operations Manager to take ownership of data reporting, performance monitoring, and internal / external dashboards. The current team is stretched thin, with engineering and leadership spending excessive time on metrics instead of focusing on strategic and technical priorities.
This role is urgent to fill —you'll step into a high-impact position that keeps operations running smoothly across all active deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and SQL-based queries to track system performance.
- Monitor KPIs across ~8 active city deployments, flag anomalies, and collaborate with engineering on resolution.
- Own monthly reporting to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage ad hoc data and presentation requests, especially from Sales and Customer Success.
- Present product performance and analytics to clients in a polished, confident manner.
- Ensure product-related data is accessible, reliable, and leveraged across teams for decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with performance data, trends, and root cause analysis.Experience managing internal metrics and external-facing performance reports.Hands-on experience with SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Tableau).Excellent communication and presentation skills – capable of owning client presentations without relying on engineering.Familiarity with computer vision or hardware / software systems is a plus.Detail-oriented, self-driven, and eager to take ownership of mission-critical reporting.The Environment
