Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm with an immediate need for a highly qualified Antitrust Associate.

The firm's nationally recognized Litigation & Trial Department is seeking a motivated and skilled associate to join its expanding Antitrust team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of substantive experience in antitrust litigation and / or merger control, with strong familiarity across key statutes such as the Sherman Act, Clayton Act, and Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.

Responsibilities :

• Handle complex antitrust matters including litigation, investigations, and merger clearance.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws, regulatory issues, and economic competition.
• Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and discovery responses.
• Support all stages of litigation, including depositions, trial prep, and client communications.
• Engage in merger review processes and coordinate with government enforcement agencies.
