Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, Unis-Cité recrute un(e)Coordinateur-trice d'Equipes et de Projets sur l’antenne de Limoges.
Sous la supervision du Responsable d’Antenne, en tant que Coordinateur.trice d’Equipes et de Projets :
Vous serez en charge de recruter les volontaires dans la diversité, dans la valorisation de leurs compétences en vous appuyant sur les filières étudiantes et les référents jeunesse locaux
Vous accompagnerez et encadrerez 24 volontaires et animerez la vie d’équipe des volontaires et le projet Unis-Cité au quotidien
Vous coordonnerez la mise en uvre des projets d’intérêt général menés par les volontaires (lutte contre l'isolement des seniors, mieux-vieillir) et en assurerez le reporting
Vous créerez et ferez vivre un réseau d'acteurs, organiserez les événements internes du programme Unis-Cité sur le territoire (immersion, séminaires de formation, événements de valorisation), contribuerez à la communication sur vos programmes
Vous participerez activement à la réalisation des temps forts de l’année (semaine d’intégration, cérémonie de lancement, grand rassemblement, cérémonie de clôture, journées thématiques...) et contribuerez activement à la vie d'équipe

Vous disposez de qualités relationnelles, organisationnelles et d’autonomie.
Vous disposez idéalement d’une expérience de 3 ans dans l’encadrement des jeunes de 16/25 ans et dans la gestion de projets.
Vous êtes ouvert au monde associatif et prêt à vous investir dans un projet en constante évolution.
Avoir effectué un service civique, serait un plus
CONDITIONS
Contrat: CDD 1 an
Temps plein: 37h20 avec un RTT par mois
Rémunération : 2184 brut mensuel + Prime de plurivalence de 68,10 + titres restaurants + mutuelle.
Prise en charge de la carte de transport à 50%
Poste basé à Limoges
Date de prise de poste : dès que possible
Le permis de conduire serait un plus
