A company is looking for an Incident Analyst responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues within a Network Operations Center.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the health and performance of critical applications and network infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and reduce downtime
Update and maintain detailed NOC documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
Computer Sciences degree or 1-3 years of equivalent experience in a Network Operations Center
Experience in troubleshooting application processes and network systems
Demonstrated customer service experience focused on client needs
Support Center / Operations Center experience is preferred
Certifications such as Network+, A+, Linux, AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Security+, and / or ITIL v4 / ITSM are preferred
