Job Opportunity : Construction Superintendent – Tilt-Wall Experience

Are you an experienced Construction Superintendent with a passion for excellence and expertise in tilt-wall construction ? Join our team and lead dynamic projects with a company dedicated to quality, safety, and innovation.

About the Role : As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of on-site construction for tilt-wall projects. Your role is pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll manage crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all on-site activities
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and construction crews.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure expectations are met.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and / or crawl. The employee must also occasionally lift and / or move up to 40 pounds.
