Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) – 13-Week Contract Opportunity
Location: Kilmarnock, Virginia
Setting: 100% Outpatient
Position Type: 13-Week Contract
Weekly Gross: $2,100–$2,200 (Based on 36 Hours)
We are actively seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a 100% Outpatient clinic in Kilmarnock, Virginia for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative rehabilitation team while helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall functional independence and quality of life.
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on functional needs and goals
Provide evidence-based interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and overall function
Implement therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education techniques as appropriate
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory requirements

Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Current CPR/BLS Certification (if required by the clinic)
Outpatient experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Competitive Weekly Gross Pay of $2,100–$2,200
Consistent 36-Hour Work Week
13-Week Contract Assignment
