Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Foreman candidates with expertise in either the concrete field or carpentry field for large, new construction projects.

Our projects focus on multi-family apartment complexes and large commercial office buildings. These job-sites are 100% unoccupied, new constructions.

Foremen may need to work at various sites and should have reliable transportation. Standard working hours are from 6 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM with potential changes based on season and project needs.

Compensation for this role ranges between $26-35 per hour based on skills and experience.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Madison, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

This position is in a commercial construction setting, requiring work in all types of weather conditions. The culture is merit-based and non-union, requiring the use of personal protective equipment including hard hats, high visibility vests, safety glasses, and covered work boots.

Normal hours are from 6 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 / 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays required.
