JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking an HR Specialist to provide unparalleled support and guidance to both employees and managers across a wide range of HR-related queries and cases. The ideal candidate will act as an escalation point, leveraging in-depth knowledge and resources to offer best in practice solutions, while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and empathy. This role requires strong multi-tasking skills to manage a high volume of cases effectively, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

OB REQUIREMENTS

  • Serve as an escalation point and coaching resource for channel advisors.
  • Deliver outstanding guidance and support on complex cases beyond the initial support team's scope.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of case management protocols and playbooks.
  • Apply organizational policies consistently to ensure fair and efficient resolution of HR matters.
  • Juggle multiple cases efficiently, upholding core performance metrics and best practices in case management.

Must have Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Robust problem-solving and critical thinking aptitude.
  • High emotional intelligence with a knack for confidential and sensitive information handling.

    • Industry Experience Required :

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Human Resources, providing direct support on HR matters is essential for success in this role.
