Job description
To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, and develop sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber candidates. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer acceptance for designated roles Partner with hiring managers to define best-in-industry talent profiles and success metrics Develop targeted sourcing strategies to proactively engage and attract top talent Required qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in ecommerce or high-growth environments Proven track record of identifying and closing best-in-class talent Strong judgment in assessing talent and maintaining hiring standards Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with high organization and attention to detail Genuine enthusiasm for the company's mission and ability to represent the brand authentically
