We're looking for a Regional Clinical Practice Director to join our growing leadership team. This role is ideal for a strong operational and clinical leader who thrives on building teams, driving performance, and developing partnerships that elevate patient care and provider success.
Position Summary
The Regional Clinical Practice Director oversees the clinical, operational, and financial performance of multiple facilities within a defined region. This position provides leadership to multi-site clinical teams, drives engagement and performance, ensures compliance, and maintains strong relationships with facility partners.
Frequent travel is required to maintain visibility and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality behavioral health services across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinical teams, including nurse practitioners, and therapists.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management processes.
- Conduct one-on-one provider meetings and facilitate regional team development sessions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned facilities, collaborating closely with administrators and directors of nursing.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure strong operational performance.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as census, provider productivity, and quality outcomes.
- Manage regional financial performance, including P&L oversight and budget planning.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and state regulations.
- Collaborate with business development to identify growth opportunities and expand market presence.
- Support strategic initiatives and pilot programs to improve care delivery and efficiency.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (required).Experience :
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare operations, or post-acute care.Proven success in managing multi-site operations and P&L accountability.Experience leading and coaching diverse clinical teams.Requirements :
Ability to manage multiple priorities across states and facilities.Reliable transportation with frequent travel throughout assigned region.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Core Competencies
