A Long Term Care management company with multiple facilities in the State of West Virginia is currently seeking two Part Time Receptionists for a facility located in Wood County, WV.
The receptionist positions work evenings, 4 : 30 pm - 8 pm, and every other weekend, 8 am - 8 pm.
As Receptionist, you will be responsible for :
- Answering telephone calls and operating the telephone / paging system
- Greeting visitors and directing them in a friendly manner
- Administrative support as needed
