As a CrossFit Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in our team by building relationships, leading classes, and guiding members toward their fitness goals in a safe and enjoyable environment.
Responsibilities Include :
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
- Promptly welcoming and preparing for each class
- Leading classes effectively and punctually
- Instructing proper movement techniques and correcting faults
- Managing group classes and ensuring member satisfaction
- Coaching new members through OnRamps sessions
- Providing exceptional customer service and encouraging membership
- Fulfilling assigned cleaning duties
Job Details :
- Full-time position
- Compensation : $ per hour
- Benefits : Flexible schedule
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, occasional weekends
- Additional pay options : Bonus pay, commission pay
