Production Manager Opportunity

Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This full-time position operates in a 24 / 7 production environment with a salary range of $112,072-140,090 plus an annual target bonus. Position Responsibilities :

• Lead, manage, and hire employees to ensure the safe and high-quality production of products for the customer.
• Lead daily, weekly, and / or monthly review processes to track and reinforce progress against action plans.
• Develop a maintenance-centered organizational structure that focuses on equipment uptime and operator feedback to maximize a coordinated, involved team approach to manufacturing.
• Utilize Lean tools to eliminate waste and implement process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations.
• Build highly effective production teams through team building, establishing a clear communication cadence, and providing ongoing coaching.
• Other duties as assigned.
