Your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting servers in delivering food and beverages to guests with precision and care.
• Clearing and resetting tables efficiently to maintain an impeccable dining environment.
• Anticipating guests' needs and providing attentive service throughout their meal.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service areas.
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks, in accordance with the Russian Tea Room’s standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
• Keep the barista station clean and organized, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
