Salary : $18hr - $19hr

We are excited to announce an opening for the New Patient Coordinator position within our field operations team based at our Winter Park location. This role is essential for working closely with referral sources and new patients. We are a personal injury practice specializing in neurosurgical, orthopedic, and pain management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately schedule appointments for a multi-specialty practice across five locations.
• Engage in high-level conversations with personal injury patients and referral sources.
• Handle high-volume calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Work towards a high conversion rate in an effort to schedule new patients for the practice.
• Maintains confidentiality when managing patient data (HIPPA Guidelines)
• Ask questions and listens attentively to serve potential new patients better.

Ideal Candidate :

Experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus.

A minimum of 6 months of experience scheduling in a clinical setting is REQUIRED.

Bilingual (Spanish and English) is highly preferred.
