Project Superintendents High-End Residential Construction

Position Requirements :

Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

5 years of direct supervision and / or management of high-end custom residential construction projects.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Highly organized detail-oriented and computer proficient.

Proven track record of successful project execution and maintaining professional relationships.

Responsibilities Include :

Managing day-to-day construction site operations or overseeing project management tasks.

Ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to exacting quality standards.

Coordinating with subcontractors vendors architects and clients.
