A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to end-users in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support through various communication channels
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues remotely
Log and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication with end-users
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience
1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related customer service role
Proficiency with Windows 10 / 11 / MacOS and Microsoft Office 365
Basic understanding of networking concepts and hardware components
Familiarity with Active Directory and / or Azure Active Directory for basic functions
