Responsibilities :
- Lead the service operation after completing paid training.
- Motivate your service team to deliver the highest standard of safety and service.
- Exhibit professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Assist in recruiting top talent for the service team.
- Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management and lead training meetings.
- Supervise the Orkin Pro Ride-A-Long program to enhance training experiences.
- Ensure outstanding customer service by meeting or exceeding expectations through inspections and proposed courses of action.
- Encourage innovation by supporting team members to adopt new products, services, and technology.
- Manage scheduling, routing, and inventory to improve efficiency and productivity.

Preferred sales experience.High School Diploma or equivalent required.Valid driver's license necessary.Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license / certification if required (company-paid).Ability to work independently in the field and engage effectively with clients.Work Environment :
