We’re seeking a Senior MES Engineer to lead and deliver innovative MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions for high-impact industrial projects in biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences companies.

What You'll Do :
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of MES solutions (e.g., Werum PAS-X, Sepasoft, POMS).
- Interface with clients to understand and define requirements and turn them into actionable tech strategies.
- Integrate MES with Level 2 and Level 4 systems (SAP, DeltaV, LIMS, PI, Maximo, etc.).
- Apply your understanding of cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory standards to real-world systems.
- Guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-performance MES solutions that optimize manufacturing.
- Serve as a project manager on small-to-mid-sized engagements.
- Mentor engineers and serve as technical lead for critical engagements.
What You’ll Bring :
Bachelor's Degree required; Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Sciences, or Life Sciences are preferred disciplines.10+ years of MES engineering experience in regulated environments (life sciences preferred).Proficiency with EBR recipe configuration, GAMP5, ISA S88 / S95.Strong database, historian, and reporting skills (SQL, Oracle, PI).Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.Experience managing projects, teams, and clients.Residency in North Carolina, and ability to travel nationwide up to 25%.US citizen or Green Card holder.Are you ready to shape the future of MES?
