Accountabilities
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Internal / External Sales
- Develop a prospect client base and market insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
- Review and maintain existing customer accounts
- Educate customers utilizing a customer focus needs-based process
