Job Description
As a customer service representative , you are an integral part of the operation at the local branch and leadership team through various administrative tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
- Receive calls for warranty and service calls, document requests, and prepare job tickets
- Responsible for arranging work schedules
- Manage job work tickets with the internal system
- Accountable for contacting national builders and customers to verify the readiness of job sites
Preferred Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of accounting and CRM software
- Fluent English / Spanish language skills a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures

You must be able to lift light to moderate weight and sit for extended periods to complete your computer job.
