Ref : This TSA position requires a candidate that is able to work collaboratively across different departments within the district as well as with community organizations.

With a focus of improving the access for students with disabilities in non-academic spaces, such as after school programs, electives, internships and athletics, this position requires knowledge of strategies to support strong integration as well as the ability to explain and model strategies to those with less experience in educational pedagogy.

Must have a strong grasp of Universal Design for Learning as well as experience coaching others to implement change in their practice.
