About the Role :

The Client Services Associate II is responsible for providing exceptional support to Guardant Health customers, the Clinical Laboratory, and Sales Representatives. The role requires professional and effective communication with external customers and internal personnel.

The shift will be Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm PST. Shift times may change depending on department needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform duties of Client Services Associate with higher KPIs.
• Support Quality Assurance & Training as directed by Leadership.
• Mentor to Client Services Associates.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving questions from the BPO team and Client Services Associates.
• Escalate issues or trends to Leadership.
• Support department tasks such as expired kits, data cleanup, etc., as assigned.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Employees within 50 miles of a Guardant facility are required to be onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The model offers flexibility for better work-life balance while fostering team collaboration.

The US hourly rate for this position ranges from $26.48 to $36.41, excluding benefits, overtime, bonuses, commissions, or equity. Salary within this range depends on location, skills, experience, and education.
