Job descriptionBachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field. PE license required ( NC PE preferred). 6+ years in water resources or stormwater engineering. Skilled in H&H modeling, stormwater design, and green infrastructure . Proficient with AutoCAD, ArcGIS , and H&H software. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Our client , a reputable and growing engineering and consulting firm , is seeking a PE-licensed Project Manager to join their Water Resources Engineering team in Raleigh, NC . This position offers the opportunity to lead stormwater, drainage, and water resources projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage watershed studies, stormwater master plans, and H&H analyses (1D / 2D).
- Lead design and permitting for stormwater systems, erosion control, and LID / BMP infrastructure.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Mentor junior staff and support their technical development.
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, and multi-discipline teams.
