Manage multiple projects independently, under the guidance of senior teammates; and support senior teammates on complex projects.

Interrogate large internal or external databases, such as Measurabl, to collate data sets for use in key client reports, e.g., annual and quarterly ESG reports, responding to investor queries, bespoke KPI progress reports.

Identify strategies and solutions for clients that improve the performance and sustainability of the built environment and develop project-appropriate sustainability and / or health and wellbeing strategies.

Manage and analyze environmental performance data including energy, water, and waste utility consumption and costs; benchmark performance; and monitor and interpret performance trends.

Independently manage your time to stay on track with billable activities within project budgets, time allocations, and prioritization.

Participate in monthly invoicing and financial projections for all project-related work.

Exercise judgment and self-prioritize assignments daily, identifying and communicating issues before they become problems.

Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
