Job descriptionQualified individual will have successfully executed minimum 2 projects in the range of $5 million to $10 million Must have 5+ years experience & OSHA 30 Hr Training Must be able to read Blue Print & Specifications Must have federal or public work experience School construction experience a plus Computer Skills : email, Microsoft word, excel, RFI Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor of Civil Engineering is a plus.

Job Description : Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is looking to fill-in a position for Assistant site Superintendent in commercial and industrial building.
The position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including the following :
- Coordinate Field Activities
- Schedule tasks, project resources & field coordination including but not limited to Subcontractors
- Enforce safety
- Site visits
- Prepare daily reports
- Cost control
- RFI’s
- Change orders
- Value Engineering
