We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Travel Agent who specializes in all-inclusive resort bookings to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream vacations to all-inclusive resorts.
You will utilize your expertise and knowledge of the travel industry to recommend destinations, select suitable resorts, and create personalized itineraries that exceed clients' expectations.
Responsibilities : - Provide exceptional customer service and personalized travel advice to clients seeking all-inclusive resort vacations.
- Research and stay up-to-date on the latest offerings and promotions from top all-inclusive resort brands. - Assist clients in selecting the perfect destination and resort based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
- Handle all aspects of the booking process, including securing accommodations, arranging transportation, and coordinating special requests.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and online chat to answer questions, address concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout the booking process.
- Stay informed about travel regulations, entry requirements, and health and safety protocols for all destinations. - Collaborate with other team members to share insights, best practices, and industry trends.
Requirements : - Proven experience as a travel agent specializing in all-inclusive resort bookings. - In-depth knowledge of popular all-inclusive resort destinations, brands, and offerings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and reservation systems. - Ability to work independently and remotely, with access to a reliable internet connection.
