Responsibilities :

Manage a broad spectrum of civil litigation cases, including but not limited to personal injury, contract disputes, employment matters, and real estate disputes.
Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various civil matters.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3-10 years of experience practicing civil litigation.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize workload effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and legal compliance.
