Business Analyst II – Quality Assurance

Job Title : Business Analyst II – Quality Assurance Location : Tulsa, Oklahoma Type : Direct Hire Compensation : $77-105K Contractor Work Model : Onsite System One has partnered with a global organization headquartered in Tulsa, OK that is seeking a qualified Business Analyst and Quality Assurance professional with manufacturing industry experience. This individual will work on a dynamic team to ensure the quality and successful delivery of software applications by acting as a bridge between business needs and the technical implementation and testing phases. This role will require someone to work full-time on-site and will be seeking someone with strong business acumen and in-depth understanding of quality assurance principles and practices. Responsibilities Analyzes and documents quality assurance requirements and translate them into configurations. Collaborates with teams to integrate quality controls into operational workflows. Conducts gap analyses and recommend enhancements to existing system functionalities. Leads testing efforts including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Monitors system performance and resolves quality issues. Trains end-users on system processes and best practices. Ensures alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment. Experience with ERP business analysis, SAP, and / or production control is preferred. Understanding of SAP, QMS, and Quality Assurance processes. Working knowledge in quality assurance, process improvement, QMS, and compliance frameworks. Proficiency in SAP configuration, data analysis, and reporting tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – Quality Management), or similar, are highly desirable. Willingness to travel to production sites or global facilities for implementation and audits.
